Well, it looks like the provisional results are in (although the special votes could upset it). Labour win, by one seat (50 to 49). Whoops. Either way, the two big parties are rather hamstrung. The Maori party are playing revolutionaries and promising a return to the poles if they have to compromise. And with 122 MPs it’s going to be quite a mission to get a majority. I’d say we’ll be back at the poles before full term. Yay, more voting.
