And so we’ve reached the end of our scheduled travels. Our plans at this end so far consist of sleeping. We’ve adopted somewhat different strategies to this – I’ve stayed up on the hope of beating my body’s clock into submission. Polly went to bed five hours ago and I’ve been able to unpack around her without any sign of life. So no doubt I will suffer at 0200 when Polly awakes, full of life, and demands my company. Lucky me.
There have been suggestions of drifting down the country over the next few weeks, however the possibility of a job for Polly has arisen and should that eventuate our plans may change somewhat. In any case I won’t bore anyone with continued day-by-day descriptions form this point. I will, however, post a somewhat higher level view of what we’re up to, so don’t stop reading yet.
Don’t forget our cellular numbers will be changing shortly when we buy local SIM
Cards so please e-mail and check before TXTing anything of importance. And we’ll try to reply to e-mails and so on as and when we get Internet access.
Oh yes, and photos will follow when I find an Internet cafe (dial up is just too painful).
In the meantime, stay in touch and watch out for squirrels…
